Shipping & returns

We currently offer delivery to the immediate Squamish area only.   Purchases will be left by the front door if no one is home.  However, during Spring to Fall we do prefer that someone is home so food is not left outside. We are Bear Smart and must adhere to the requirements of bylaw enforcement.

• Raw food will never be left by the door and we do require that someone be home to receive raw food.
• Delivery of live animals, feeder animals is not available. Please visit the shop for pick up of these items.
• All purchases must be paid in full prior to delivery or cash on delivery is required.
• minimum order of $75 required for free local delivery otherwise a delivery fee of $10 will be charged

Returns and Exchanges

Refunds on purchases returned in original packaging with a receipt within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued in the same form of tender with which the product was purchased. Goods returned unopened without a receipt can only be exchanged. Sorry, no exchanges or refunds given on frozen, bulk or raw pet food.

All clearance items and Frozen/Raw and bulk food items are FINAL SALE. We do not guarantee the gender, reproductive ability or temperament of small animals, fish or birds. All sales of small animals, fish and birds are final.
